Beautiful!
Thank you Robyn, just felt the beauty needed to be shared.
Absolutely gorgeous!
So kind of you to leave a comment, I spend a lot of time just gazing at the trees.
it is magnificent! I love the blossoms
Oh thank you so much, I feel really lucky to have so much beauty on my doorstep.
I appreciate you not charging this far-northerner admission. Beautiful. I won’y see anything like this for at least five months…
I’m very lucky to be able to walk in such beauty in January. Thank you for your comment.
Beautiful…. not sure I’ve ever seen one of those trees before.!
We are fortunate to have about 30 trees of these trees on our land, so for now we have the most beautiful blossom and later we will have the almonds. How great is that?
This is beautiful! It brings me hope.
Thank you mlissabeth, I wanted to share this beauty and if it’s brought you hope then I’m so glad I did.
That’s lovely! It’s going to be a while before we see anything like that here.
Well I hope my photograph will lift the winter blues from you a little.
It certainly did!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful almond blossoms! Here’s hoping you gain a bounty of almonds from the tree’s beauty.
Thank you, harvesting the almonds is a great way to spend a couple of days.
Oh, I can’t wait! I’m back in the Algarve for an all too fleeting week on 26th January. They’re just waiting for me… I hope.
Yes I think there will still be some trees in full blossom as some on my land are only now breaking open. Have a great time for your week.
A nice reminder that it is not winter everywhere.
Strangely enough for Portugal it is considered winter out here but the blossoms and flowers don’t take any notice of what us humans think.
Oh my goodness how beautiful!
Honestly the photograph doesn’t do it justice.
Your pictures always brings relief to our soar winter eyes 🙂
Thank you, the blossoms are so beautiful, I sometimes wonder just how much time I use just standing looking. Beauty such as this demands notice.
